There are currently no duration requirements for sexual harassment training in Delaware.
Who needs to be trained?
All employees must get training from employers in Delaware with 50 or more workers.
Employers are not required to include applicants, independent contractors, or those who have worked for less than six months in determining whether an employee meets the 50-employee requirement.
New supervisors must receive training within one year of becoming a supervisor.
